2026 Executive Board Meeting

Howard's Chapel Baptist Church
Each church is allowed to have two (2) voting Executive Board Members.
The Pastor is automatically the first member and each church is allowed to submit the name of one (1) additional member.
If a church is without a Pastor, either the Interim Pastor or the Chairman of Deacons can serve as the first member.
Executive Board Member names are reported each year on the ACP report.

If the information for your church is incorrect, the Pastor or Church Clerk can notify the SBA office to make an update or correction.
Executive Board Member names must be submitted to the Association office PRIOR to the meeting date.
